Oh Wyatt, how have three years gone by since you moved on to your next assignment? Your spirit is strong as ever, we still hear your barks echoing alongside us wherever we go.
All dogs have something to teach us, and hoo boy you had plenty of lessons for us didn’t you?
In our 12 years together, you showed us what comes from determination and hard work. With a little play thrown in too, of course.
Tripawds wouldn’t be what it is if it wasn’t for your encouragement to keep our heads down, and do the work that needed to be done.
Today we are still doing it thanks to you, and all the dogs and cats out there who deserve another chance at the good life. We do what we do to honor your memory, you sweet, wild, loud, crazy dawg.
Thank you for being you Wyatt, and helping us become better humans.
Always in our hearts, running free with the coyotes.
Awww Wyatt, sweet, wild, crazy, fun loving, naughty, good boy Wyatt, we sure have enjoyed our journey with you. It’s a never ending one too. Your legacy lives large here as you continue to inspire and teach. Your hoomans are doing a stellar job of keeping Tripawds up and running.
Your videos always warm my heart and remind us of a life well lived…..and soooo well loved♥️
Oh, and thank you for sending your Mom and Dad Nellie. She needed them and they needed her. You knew that though.
BTW Dont you just love the remembrance `rock garden` they created for you? It’s such a beautiful peaceful place. I could sense uour Spirit ….yes, even thronthe tablet screen I could feel uour energy. Very fitting for a very special one of a kind dawg.
Love to uou sweet boy….sweet vocal boy😉
PS…. we need to see uou two frolicking in the snow with Nellie. Seeing the sheer joy Wyatt displayed jist “being one with the snow` was as close to heavenly bliss one could attain here on earth
And boy oh boy, he sure could hold his own running with the sled pups😎
Aww Sally, thanks for the lovely note. Yep, we can still hear all those joyful yips and screeches he let out on all the adventures we had together! And it’s that energy of his that made us feel like that rock garden was the perfect place to honor his legacy. The desert is big and beautiful, but it’s no match for his massive energy or the big love we will always have for that one of a kind boy.
I honestly can’t believe it’s been 3 years since he has been gone. It goes way too fast. Miss that bigger than life energy that Wyatt had. I am so glad I got to meet him, eat lunch on the Patio with him and just enjoy all of you.
Hugs
Michelle, Angel Sassy, Bosch, Baby Simba and Sweet Snickers
I can’t believe it’s been three years! oh Wyatt, you were a handful which just made you that much more special. I still have the Christmas card with a snow covered Wyatt on my frig. It makes me smile when I see it. I will second Sally in saying we need video of Nellie frolicking in the snow!
Hugs
Teri, Angel Isa, and the Roxinator
Michelle and Teri, thank you for the sweet notes! It warms my heart to know that you both got to meet our cray cray pup, and didn’t run away screaming 😉 He left an impression didn’t he?
OK Teri, snow day videos on Nellie’s blog coming soon!
